Project Overview
The initial project of the company was designed for Magento users, likely in the form of an extension. Over time, some users opted to shift from merely changing the extension to migrating the entire application to Shopify due to increased billing issues with Magento.
Consequently, these shifts prompted our team to conceptualize a cloud-based solution tailored to support Shopify users.
Responsibilities
Design System: Making a flexible design system to meet the needs of an application. Once I entered the company the design system already had its place, so my goal was to give it a fresh breath and unify it in collaboration with the frontend team.
Best Practices: Analyzing an existing application, and conducting interviews with the customers to provide the most suitable solutions for an upcoming cloud release.
Implementing Features: Collaborating with the development and product teams to design flows that are suitable for the users.

Initially: the dashboard was constructed to effortlessly manage user orders and shipments with just one click and a glance. This tool aids users in comparing sales across various marketplaces and serves as a reminder for pending orders that need to be fulfilled by a specific date.
Additionally: through this dashboard, users can easily track products that need to be linked to the marketplace as well as identify any products they may have overlooked activating.

Order Management
The order management system relies on data received from marketplaces, offering extensive filtering capabilities. To enhance user convenience, the grid displays only essential data, while additional details are organized within the order card.
Product Management
Product management is rooted in the Shopify inventory, providing users with the capability to exert influence on it. The linkage of items with marketplace products can be accomplished through two methods: either through mass actions or directly from the grid, concurrently with activation.
Groups and Filters
Order management operates on data received from marketplaces and offers extensive filtering options for a more comprehensive view. The grid provides a display of essential information, while the order card structures additional details, offering a broader perspective for user convenience.
outcome and results
Conclusion
When I departed from the company, the project had transitioned into the closed Beta phase. Additionally, they initiated the acquisition of new clients during this phase. Based on these developments, it can be reasonably asserted that the product is gaining success.
Bonus: Some Fun
To make our sprint reviews a bit brighter and fun, we were making presentations. As for product designers team it was quite necessary to make some graphics sometimes to keep the creative vibes flowing. So here are some artifacts I like the most.
